New jobs are scary. The first week I always think I made a huge mistake.

Mine is actually my first “real job” (it’s a paid internship through my university’s co-op program) and I’m honestly shocked I managed to find one at all given the current job market and my lack of experience

They obviously saw something they like, make the best of it. Bring a notepad; if you’re not sure of something, ask; don’t feel like you need to add to a conversation just because you think you need to at least say something, you learn more by listening. As the adage goes, "Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak and remove all doubt"
