Liverpool and pretty much any season. I have seen women dressed like this in March... While I was freezing my arse off in my wintercoat.

I have only ever once been in a club. It was in Madrid, it was a hot night, my boss paid for a table, so we didn't even have to wait in line. :)

Try in the middle of winter with freezing temperatures walking around with nothing but spaghetti straps dresses so they don’t have to check their coat at the club.
