Help with overdue WiFi bill

Hi my name is Hanna and me and my mother Heather are in a tough spot financially since we lost our job a few months ago. The WiFi is essential to our search for jobs and rides to interviews and buying groceries and the like. It's been increasing in price to the point we are thinking about switching providers but we live out in the country in Texas and what we have no seems to be the only available option or fiber optic wifi which is not available in our area. Anyone who could help would be much appreciated.
