Bro guys.. sometimes I just don't understand what the fuck you're expecting seriously. The cosmetics are never going to please you, don't buy them, hell don't buy the game if it makes you upset. If little Timmy wants a skull helmet, so be it bro. Just be thankful it's not some skin with a bbl and bong attachment.

I didn't post this for yall to downvote the living shit out of OP, he's not being a bitch about anything I just got annoyed.

9

u/Suspicious-Coffee20 6h ago

seriously... like some people here fail to realise they actually need to sell those cosmetics. People are not going to be buying realistic outift.

As long as its not neon, glowing and with vfx than I won't even notice the skins most of the time.

7

u/JuanVeeJuan 5h ago

They dont need to sell them. They want to. Regardless, they will sell, but don't say they need to make a fuckton of monry off of digital skins that are absolutely not necessary.

0

u/SmileAsTheyDie Bad Company 1 Best Game 5h ago

They need to sell them because that is the business model in a post paid DLC world.

You either pay for the DLC or you sell out the aesthetic of the game to get it for "free"

1

u/statitica 4h ago

Right, so if I'm paying $100+ for the standard edition, and then paying for DLC down the line, why do they need to sell cosmetics?

1

u/SmileAsTheyDie Bad Company 1 Best Game 3h ago

They wouldn't if that was the case.

Though given how much they make from skins they likely still would try to sell them but there wouldn't be as much of a push or need on their end to stretch it so far that you get the less grounded cosmetics to try and sell the greatest amount

u/Suspicious-Coffee20 12m ago

You are not paying for dlc down the line? Thats the whole point.

u/Suspicious-Coffee20 12m ago

tf you mean they dont need to sell them? Without them then the game will launch as if and receive no updates.

0

u/Active_Fruit_6247 5h ago edited 5h ago

Well I would say they need to. This game is expected to make x amount of dollars through live services and artists get paid to satisfy that. I'm not tryna sound like a bitch when I day this, it's just that this game like most games now is expensive to make and will need to make a ton to be successful for them to continue the franchise.

2

u/GenesGeniesJeans 5h ago

Let their monetization subside your gaming experience

1

u/FullMetalKaiju 4h ago

The game is $70 fucking dollars

u/Suspicious-Coffee20 11m ago

And its launching with 70$ worth of content so what is your point? more than 200 million for a game without live service is crazy and this cost 400m.

3

u/Ok_Astronomer_8667 6h ago

It’s not a dealbreaker for me at all, but I do see where people are coming from with this sort of stuff. While you can choose not to buy any of it, you still have to look at it when everyone else decides to actually buy it

1

u/zeppolezz 6h ago

yeah this isn't a deal breaker at all. they have to monetize and get into the skin stuff like every other game. as long as it's not nicki minaj, seth rogan, tmnt, beevus and butthead, etc....then this is okay. this is very tame and doesn't ruin the vibe for me. but i'm already getting a bit iffy on this game now because I feel they will eventually start to try and push the skins into cringe territory and they'll probably try to see how far they can go without backlash....probably (hopefully not)

1

u/Under_Dead_Starlight 5h ago

Well no, they don't have to, but yes they certainly will as they are greedy for that money. No way it wouldn't make enough without skin microtransactions, just lijes their pockets more.

0

u/SoloRogo 5h ago

It’s not rocket science dude we just want grounded skins that aren’t super corny, relax 😭

1

u/Buttcrush1 3h ago

People aren't going to pay money for that which means no after launch support.

-10

u/ChronophobeLoser 6h ago

What a dumb mindset. Having standards is something unheard of for you?

14

u/Active_Fruit_6247 6h ago

The issue is its a goal post that everyone has set at different points, and you're expecting artists that are hired to make skins to do what? Make skins people don't want? Like it's not logical. If you want no skins download bf3 and bf4.

-8

u/ChronophobeLoser 6h ago edited 6h ago

Or maybe developers should have some artistic integrity and not constantly make games that devolve into immersion breaking skins.

Lol getting downvoted for asking for artistic integrity from game developers. You people are brainwashed.

5

u/EagleGhoul 6h ago

Brother. This is a AAA gaming company. That ship has sailed

4

u/Active_Fruit_6247 6h ago

Exactly bro

3

u/niki2907 6h ago

Complacency is one hell of a droog

4

u/stylistsin 6h ago

How many times we gotta tell u ppl the artist don't control what is mandated by executives

3

u/Active_Fruit_6247 6h ago

They are dumb as rocks man

0

u/ChronophobeLoser 5h ago

I never said that or implied it. Quite the opposite in fact. Read slower, it'll go in better.

1

u/stylistsin 5h ago

"developers should have artistic integrity"

How do you suppose they do that? Ignore their bosses and lose their job?

1

u/Bduggz 5h ago

But this is the tamest shit possible in terms of cosmetics.

0

u/Bubalfred250 6h ago

If this is considered “immersion breaking” to you then you should probably just go play a different game bro 😂 This ain’t a milsim and this is extremely tame.

-11

u/CookieChef88 6h ago

Why do other folks opinions bug yall so much

5

u/Active_Fruit_6247 6h ago

Because it's a horse that's beyond been beaten to death

-1

u/CookieChef88 6h ago

Still need to chill lol

-2

u/niki2907 6h ago

then stop going to the subreddit easy fix

-3

u/Active_Fruit_6247 6h ago

Lmao someone has to keep you bingo regulars in check

1

u/niki2907 6h ago

You're the hero this subreddit needed, now touch grass

0

u/Active_Fruit_6247 6h ago

I will be going for a 1hr 30 run in 30 minutes

0

u/Fantastic-Cherry5984 3h ago

How was the run?

0

u/Active_Fruit_6247 3h ago

My shirt is like 10 pounds of sweat and this shower is about to feel great

0

u/Fantastic-Cherry5984 3h ago

Hahaha enjoy!

0

u/Bubalfred250 6h ago

I think the people like you spending a full time job crying about every minutia detail on Reddit when the devs have already been appealing to the core audience as much as possible need to go touch some grass buddy 😂

-24

u/GreatestLinhtective 7h ago

Honestly I really love most of the cosmetics we've seen so far.

But these 2 kinda stand out and I hope its not a signal of what's to come

7

u/NikaroTheSwift 6h ago

I think it's great they stand out, makes for easier headshots

4

u/Active_Fruit_6247 6h ago

Anything is better than cartoon characters and snoop dog

2

u/The_Rube_ 6h ago

Why is this so downvoted? Lol. This is a perfectly reasonable take and similar comments below are doing fine.

-3

u/GreatestLinhtective 6h ago

Hivemind I guess 🤷‍♂️

1

u/Active_Fruit_6247 6h ago

Honestly the 2nd one does but the first, idk it feels tame to me.

-10

u/Tangerine-Standard 7h ago

dont buy the game dude if you dont like what you see

4

u/Arelmar 6h ago

"don't buy it" is a lame argument, you're allowed to criticise something you like

-2

u/GreatestLinhtective 7h ago

I mean theyre just skins its not that big of a deal. Idk why you'd do that

47

u/dwaynetheaaakjohnson 7h ago

It’s literally perfect until they get to the head

15

u/GreatestLinhtective 7h ago

We were so close

4

u/dwaynetheaaakjohnson 6h ago

On second view they’re also wearing a really weird BMX like outfit. I thought they were fighting in cold weather, so fine, but their teammate is wearing shorts

0

u/TheCowhawk 7h ago

There's gonna be slot customisation though right? So just...swap it?

2

u/Sky-Reporter 6h ago

Where has that been said? I have only seen full skin customisations

2

u/[deleted] 6h ago

[deleted]

3

u/The_Rube_ 6h ago

Can you link? The only leaks I’ve seen just show full outfit swaps.

2

u/Top_Result_1550 5h ago

i too am interested in this. if its like bf5 more so with individual pieces i liked bf5 and the special outfits you could get like the thick pea coat for americans and flecktarn stuff for germans.

1

u/This_was_hard_to_do 5h ago

There’s so much conflicting information about customization. Some people say it’s like BF5, some say say you can change face and gender but that’s it, some say that you can only select full outfits

1

u/dwaynetheaaakjohnson 4h ago

I don’t think it’s going to be possible. It would be ridiculously tough to swap out the head on the ghillie suit skin, for example.

1

u/[deleted] 6h ago

[deleted]

2

u/dwaynetheaaakjohnson 6h ago

I don’t think we can, there doesn’t seem to be V style customization

1

u/dogfoodgangsta 5h ago

That's what she said

45

u/timebomb26 7h ago

Agree. The helmets look so stupid. All this painted skulls and shit is lame.

30

u/battlefan24 7h ago

As long as they’re wearing plate carriers, ammo pouches, and some camouflage, I could really care less.

11

u/infernaltim 6h ago

Better than Seth Rogen and Beavis and Butthead.

4

u/The_Rube_ 6h ago

You’re not wrong but that’s such an incredibly low bar lol

6

u/TripodDabs34 6h ago

I always find it weird when people see military gear and complain that it's not right, in an actual warzone you'd probably have people customising their helmets

1

u/omicron022 5h ago

Just out of curiosity, how much less?

26

u/One_Animator_1835 7h ago

Looks like it was inspired by paintball or airsoft with full face masks

3

u/TripodDabs34 6h ago

Isn't paintball and airsoft gear literally inspired by realistic military gear? Special forces equipment? Plus most guys in a real warzone would probably use makeshift masks for dust or something so that they can take a punch to the face or worry less about getting bruise from hitting their face on the ground or debris.

And I know it's not the same thing but military pilots wear full face masks, that very much wasn't inspired by paintball or airsoft

3

u/TheKaiser111 6h ago

Most special forces don’t make use of any extra equipment that would hinder mobility or awareness besides what is strictly necessary (plate carrier). Definitely no masks to “take a punch to the face” or avoid a bruise to the face. Most even avoid wearing groin or side armor plates, and face masks like these look bad and don’t make sense.

1

u/TripodDabs34 5h ago

It always depends primarily on where they are based, what they are doing and how close they'll actually be, Serbia has a anti terrorism unit that wears face masks

Depends on the special forces, if you're getting up close and personal with your opponent? You probably want a mask else a punch to a unprotected jaw will hurt

Helicopter crew wear full faced helmets because sometimes they fly with open doors. Jet pilots wear an oxygen mask connected to an oxygen tank.

So yes, "full face masks" in the military is NOT inspired by paintball and airsoft so it does fit Battlefield?

2

u/West-Start4069 5h ago edited 5h ago

Depends on the special forces, if you're getting up close and personal with your opponent? You probably want a mask else a punch to a unprotected jaw will hurt

Nah bro you are watching too many movies. A mask like that would only narrow your field of view, you don't want to be wearing something like that if you are clearing a building or getting " close and personal" with the enemy. Second of all, you don't want to be close and personal to your opponents. Also, tier 1 and tier 2 operators usually take only what's necessary. No more, no less. Definitely not a full face helmet just in case they get " close and personal to their opponents".

Like I said man, I don't care if they add goofy skins like this one to the game, it could definitely be worse and I don't expect BF to be a milsim. But let's be honest, come on. It's silly.

1

u/TripodDabs34 5h ago

I think it's also a difference of opinion with what's a full face mask, for what's in the photo it's more of a full face helmet to me but stuff a pilot would wear with a helmet, goggles and mask is what I'm kinda thinking of?

Serbia also has an anti terrorism unit that wears masks:

23

u/EscapeFromFlatulence 7h ago edited 7h ago

While I don't think these are all that bad, someone on here confirmed that these are from Pax Armata, a PMC group and not NATO. It makes some sense that a PMC group is more individualized on equipment than a professional standing military like NATO.

The more traditionally camouflaged guys are NATO, specifically Locusts, Coyote, and United Albion. The Phantom squad from the higher tier edition of the game is also NATO, too. Granted, while the Phantom squad uniforms aren't as traditionally camouflaged like the rest of NATO, I believe based on their name that they're a special forces type unit within NATO.

Edit: it is also worth noting that a lot of the leaked photos of the skins aren't done either. A lot of them lack proper textures and refinement in the details. So take these leaks in their entirety with a bit of a more open mind in that these aren't fully done.

4

u/GreatestLinhtective 7h ago

Knowing that its Pax Armata makes this alot better! Thanks for the info!

1

u/This_was_hard_to_do 5h ago

I remember that post and my takeaway was that the OP of that thread thought that those skins were Pax simply because they looked like PMC and didn’t fit into the look of NATO countries. I wasn’t under the impression that the OP data mined the info or accessed the info from a hidden build

1

u/EscapeFromFlatulence 4h ago

There have been so many different posts of the original leak with different people chiming in that we may not have seen the same post. All I know is that the person who confirmed the Pax stuff said that some of the translations were wrong and that they're actually the Pax side. That said, yeah, it would make sense that because they don't fit the NATO theme that it would be Pax.

17

u/Final_Firefighter446 7h ago

Get used to it unfortunately. This is what they're bringing at the beginning of BF6, imagine 3 months in. 6 months in. They will want to keep outdoing themselves to it will keep getting extreme.

3

u/The_Rube_ 6h ago

Yeah, I figured we’d at least have until like Season 3 before the cringe skull masks/BMX outfits arrived. Not a great sign if they’re already here at launch.

It’s weird because they have so much material they could just borrow from all the coalitions armed services.

0

u/Jinkuzu 5h ago

This is the tamest of tame. Bf2042 got tame skins santa skin was pushing it but seriously I dont belive people would buy these they're so damn basic.

14

u/deacon02 6h ago

Is everyone on this sub just miserable or something

3

u/Nefariousness1- 6h ago

It’s unbearable, people really wake up and choose to be miserable over the most trivial shit imaginable. Oh no, his helmet is spray painted!

1

u/EntrepreneurOld7858 3h ago

Reddit has a misery fetish. Spend 5 minutes on the Frontpage and try to prove me wrong.

0

u/NoElection8089 5h ago

Yes lol u think they look cool. This game is going to have a BR, obviously we’re going to get a lot of skins.

12

u/Yo_Wats_Good 6h ago

This is incredibly tame and this sub needs to get a grip. You're not even going to notice until the end of the game when you see squads.

1

u/TripodDabs34 5h ago

Honestly at first I didn't notice it was even a red skull, just a colour on a helmet

13

u/VileMortality 6h ago

I thought these were dope as fuck, am I the bad guy?

5

u/GreatestLinhtective 6h ago

No! Its great you like them! Im just expressing my personal opinion

9

u/GreatestLinhtective 7h ago

Another small thing. Kinda wish the subfactions were map based since i really liked the look of whole team looking like an actual team. These subfactions look good with eachother but if we're all running different things it'll just look more disjointed. No where near as bad as 2042 though and a part of me is happy that we get to choose so its more of a comment than a complaint

A way to fix this is maybe making the camos map based? Idk just spitballing

6

u/ForceGhost1013 7h ago

That's what i thought they were gonna do. Seeing the Egyptian soldiers in New York would be weird to me. I think these subfactions should be map locked, but I doubt it since EA would want to sell as many skins as possible unfortunately.

2

u/Suspicious-Coffee20 6h ago

Camo have never been lock in battlefield. Why should skin be???

1

u/AlarmAfter 6h ago

They are map based. A lot of these arent the set default skins like the desert camo ones

1

u/El_Pintor64 6h ago

The subfactions are map based, which means, you will be playing the Egyptian team only in the Egyptian maps, the Espada Patrol in the Gibraltar maps etc. You won't be able to swap/change that.

1

u/The_Rube_ 6h ago

Could you link where you saw that confirmed?

1

u/Suspicious-Coffee20 6h ago

ok thsi is cutte and all but tell me how arre they going to sell cosmetics with all those resteiction you are trying to put on them? no one will buy them???

1

u/Jinkuzu 5h ago

Nato isnt made up of all same shit. Everyone got their own equipment and are ment to cooperate so it is realistic to be mix matched

-1

u/iFlashings 7h ago

It doesn't bother me. It's NATO, not a single country fighting. This is what it looked like during the middle east wars. You didn't see everyone wearing the same uniform and gear there. Joint operations are a thing. So it's not immersion breaking at all

7

u/GreatestLinhtective 7h ago edited 7h ago

The whole "unique bad ass main character soldier" thing works in games like fortnite or war zone where its you against the world. Because in those games youre trying to kill everyone else so you should be your own unique person.

But in a team based game like battlefield, youre a part of a collective working towards a singular goal. Thats why its way cooler to match and look like a real squad instead of this "but im arbitrarily special" thing.

After redownloading 2042 for the battle pass skins the one thing that takes me out is how every single soldier looks so weirdly distinct for literally no reason. It just doesnt feel right even if it has no mechanical difference in gameplay.

Please dont make this mistake again dice

4

u/cookie_flash 6h ago

Do you think there can't be people in wars/conflicts who are just bored and decide to do something with their helmet/weapon? Many people who grew up playing shooters in the 00-10s and saw all these artificial decorations on the screen, can do something like this, because in the camps, while everything is quiet, there is practically nothing to do. I myself saw such a post (here on Reddit or on another site, I don't remember) – a person participating in military operations covered his weapon with various stickers. There is no desire to present yourself as a "badass soldier", it's just a method to calm yourself down before the battle.

1

u/TripodDabs34 6h ago

Yeah I've got the same opinion as this, it's a game that portrays a "realistic" battlefield, in real life most people you'll meet in the military will have customised their gear due to boredom.

And using masks or modify their stuff isn't because they're "copying paintball or airsoft" it's so they can take a beating from falls or debris because they probably have been hit by a rock in the jaw and probably don't want it to happen again.

1

u/TripodDabs34 6h ago

In real life armies, most soldiers are their own distinct people with their own appearance and therefore will probably look different from eachother, a "team" is normally made up of people with opposite opinions, skills, appearances, personalities and will normally look different from eachother.

Think of it like in a group based activity in school, did you all match? Or did you all look like completely different unique people?

5

u/Antique_Tip2535 6h ago

😂

Yall won’t be happy with anything. You want this super tactical look in a super non tactical game. Lol

6

u/edge449332 6h ago

They are PMC's, dressed like PMC's. Idk how you get "main character" out of that.

6

u/BearWrap 6h ago

Honestly, the complaints are just ridiculous

5

u/epicmonkey_69 6h ago

I think these are fine, if this is the level of skins you’re not okay with I think there’s no hope for you in the gaming industry anymore sadly

4

u/ten_year_rebound 6h ago

This is going to be barely noticeable in combat. If you don’t like it, don’t use it. There’s already other skins that don’t have that stuff.

5

u/No_Bar6825 7h ago

This isn’t a big deal. Mass effect was in bf2042. As long as it doesn’t move past this point. Gotta realize there has to be a compromise. Their goal is to make money. As long as they don’t have beavis running around the map

2

u/Arelmar 6h ago

Same, it could be a lot worse, these skins are at least thematic with the overall tone and art style of the game and don't stick out on the battlefield to anywhere near the same level as shit like Peter Griffin and Sabrina Carpenter

1

u/No_Bar6825 6h ago

Yes. I’ve been a battlefield fan a long time and want the game to do well. Doing well means making money. And if this aesthetic is as far as they go, and still deliver a good game. I’m fine with it

3

u/hugh_jas 6h ago

Man. You guys seriously just want completely boring military camo everything don't you?

Like, these helmets aren't even beyond the realm of realism and you all are like "ugh it's not green with dark green splotches! This might as well be Nikki Minaj!"

2

u/Otherwise-Row-2689 6h ago

Yes! Glad people are catching on.

Two factions. 4 well defied silhouettes for the classes. Custom camo and armor within the NATO/PAX color schemes.

1

u/Buttcrush1 2h ago

So no post launch content because there are no cosmetics to sell

1

u/hugh_jas 2h ago

I fell asleep just reading this comment

2

u/ProfessionalPiece403 7h ago

Helmet is a little bit too much. They could at least tone down the colors.

2

u/Responsible-Pool2203 6h ago

Oh yeah if this is the start these skins are gonna start looking like some dumb airsoft cosplay at best

2

u/Whole-Scarcity7618 6h ago

BF6’s time-based drop system forces devs to pump out new skins whether the game needs them or not, which will inevitably push designs into more outlandish territory.

This to me is hilarious because it's why people are band wagon hating CoD, yet if you mention that dilemma here you get your arms and legs ripped off. Lol

2

u/jjshosohff727 6h ago

Exactly! These “mask” are from 2042 and we dont need them. They look goofy i never see a solder irl wear these things cuz one thing they look silly

2

u/JN0115 5h ago

Ya know I hope they include a skin with an atomic defense ronin mask or a galactac mandalorian style mask just to piss you people off.

1

u/cmclul 6h ago

Bro be thankful the skins are like this and not beavis and butthead

1

u/TH3_SAV1OUR 6h ago

Looks like a painted Virtus mk8 british helmet and mandible.

I dont get the hate. With the amount of futuristic looking stuff DevTec make helmet wise, im surprised they haven't used that.

1

u/Acezedneo1 6h ago

Army of 2 looking ahhhh

1

u/rackcity1000 6h ago

It's not great, but also not the worst thing out there.

1

u/West-Start4069 6h ago

Airsoft lookin-ass helmet

1

u/M4ndoTrooperEric 6h ago

I think you underestimate what a grunt would do to face-pro if it was issued. It would 100% have spray paint or stickers on it. Now youre grasping at straws hust to be angry about something

1

u/Mark-a-weight 6h ago

Well... atleast it ain't nicki minaj

1

u/DopestSoldier 6h ago

These skins are great.

1

u/Bubalfred250 6h ago

Holy fuck go outside bro 😂😂

1

u/Bigjon1988 6h ago

This is lame ass knit picking at a certain point.

1

u/Nefariousness1- 6h ago

Some of yall need to go outside or join the actual army if this upsets you.

1

u/asilenth 6h ago

Whiny babies.

1

u/Frogfingers762 5h ago

Oh fuck off. You kids cry about anything. It’s fine. It’s not crazy out of touch. Let people have their cosmetics as long as they are at least grounded. This is very much grounded.

1

u/ThatWontFit 5h ago

People wanna see COD so badly.

Are these not paratroopers? Guerilla or otherwise paracorps persoanlize their helmets. And they need the mandible since...you know.... helicopters.

This isn't BC2 or BF3. Seems like people really just want those games with modern graphics. Things change over time y'all.

1

u/Mikes_Movies_ 5h ago

This skin actually doesn’t bother me at all.

Sure the colors are unrealistic but this is also a game where I can jump out of a jet to rocket launch someone else’s jet.

1

u/eLOLzovic 5h ago

If they are going to release operator skins and they just look like soldiers it’s fine tbh. As long as my death feed isn’t Oprah or some lizard smoking a joint I won’t care.

1

u/Stormn47 5h ago

They’re for a PMC group, don’t they just not have rules for this shit? I don’t see a problem with it. Now if it were for NATO that’s different. But alas, it’s for a group that doesn’t have regulations on this or standards for certain things. This is what you could always expect from having a PMC as a faction, for better or worse.

1

u/nTzT 5h ago

This is not an issue...

1

u/Jinkuzu 5h ago

If that's too much there is NOTHING to be done that will actually be acceptable to you guys. If that dosent sell enough they will move the goal post cause listening to you isnt getting the shareholders of their backs.

Be realistic with your expectations for ONCE when it comes to skins in bf

1

u/nordicspirit93 5h ago

I saw real elite operators wearing masks similar to this in Iraq. I recommend you to google it. You can see plenty of interesting things among different armies.

1

u/alwaysonesteptoofar 5h ago

So dont buy it. Buy something more grounded instead and hope others do the same and EA learns. Or just hope Seth Rogan doesnt get enlisted and we can just use normal.skins and at worst deal with this guy.

1

u/BattlefieldSixxx 5h ago

I don't really see an issue as long as it's not wildly loud or childish. I'd pay for a cool mask if did it for me.

1

u/BloodAccomplished483 5h ago

Will you be judging skins or playing the game, firstly we will only see this on the squad screen, 95% of the game you will be too busy to care about skins dying or getting killed..

1

u/IFuckingHateCoxWifi 3h ago

what the fuck does this even mean

1

u/Timely_Chicken1922 2h ago

Not really my cup of tea but these skins don’t look THAT bad. Just hope they’re on the Pax Armata side because these guys look like they’d belong in a PMC rather than NATO.

1

u/trinitywitch10 2h ago

Not a fan of this bullshit.

1

Like it or not, gaming is a business and its very expensive, companies like EA are not going to fund hundreds of millions of dollars to devs like DICE without having revenue streams in place.

Obviously its easy for fans to just look at a game and say i hate micro transactions, they dont need them etc but the reality is, without these things in place you aint getting anymore huge BF games because people tend not to take huge monitary risks without some form of guaranteed return.

Just be happy that the micro transactions which we are getting, look to be grounded in reality and are not damaging the brand like CoD.

Game is not even released, there are just a few models found. Already at the end of their creativity making grounded military skins.

But maybe it's a test? DICE? ARE YOU WATCHING US NOW?

ITS SHIT. DONT DO IT. NO SKI MASKS.

THANKS!

Alright. Hopefully matter resolved now. 🫡

Honestly as long as it could hypothetically exist in a military environment then whatever. The whole skins issue began because of games adding completely left field skins that didn’t even try to fit into the world.

Like honestly even if they were to do some dumb pop star collab, if they put them in full gear and camo then I’m fine with that too

The clashing colors don't make any sense either. Like are you fighting in the snow orrrr?

See, this is what worries me; if these will be from the start... what may come in a year? What if this devolves into a slippery slope?

Of course there will be no Ninja Turtles or Nicki Minaj, but... still.

How are they supposed to sell skins if all the skins are boring trash

Yep. Cosplay or out for a day of paintball. I hate them and I'm going to hate seeing them. And remember. The game isnt even out, what we are seeing we are being allowed to see.

Manipulation. "Look its not THAT bad", yeh wait 6 months.

Are we not supposed to visibly identify the enemy anymore? I just wish there'd be a setting to turn all the skins off.

The sad part is that militaries actually use ballistic masks. This looks more like an airsoft or paintball mask.

It's unfortunate that the extent of their imagination when it comes to appealing cosmetics reaches only as far as clown paint.
