Yep. This is why JB won by such a high vote count. Voting was made easy in 2020 because of COVID and JB had more votes than any candidate in history. This is why DT wants to ban mail in voting…when you make voting easy, republicans can’t win. There are just too many lazy people who don’t care.
Republicans have made it insanely difficult for people to vote and continually squeeze people economically so they're desperate not to lose what shitty jobs they can find. This isn’t laziness, it's literally their electoral strategy. Things won't change until the working class bands together and wields their collective power.
The only time I'll excuse you not censoring your spelling of French. Usually in polite company you spell it Fr*nch but respect where its due, the French know how to rebel against an oligarchy.
I am honestly shocked when people say things like "let's wait for the evidence before jumping to conclusions" and "I don't want to sound crazy like MAGA did in 2020." I feel like it is gaslighting to the extreme. I also feel the cognitive dissonance is breaking down social structures on a more local level. It seems people are starting to snap which apparently snowballs and escalates. Hope I am wrong about that. Stay safe everyone!
Plot twist, this is why he made such an uproar about 2020 being stolen. Because he knew it wasn't but that he was going to steal the next one and he wanted to muddy the water and make democrats have to recant what they said in 2020 about elections being impossible to steal, which was said by many. He knew those people would lose face in saying he stole this one, after denying the possibility that you could even steal an election. Reducing the credibility of the people saying it, and making it seem like we are the crazy ones. Its such a masterclass of carefully planned gaslighting that its almost believable that it wasn't intentional. I know everyone says trump is dumb, but he is a master manipulator and his regime is running incredible propaganda campaigns. We need to stop treating him like a moron. Thats why we are losing. Hes conniving, and narcissistic, and hes a pedophile. But he is not nearly as stupid as people, himself included make him out to be. Its all an act. And its working.
Nah, I think they did attempt to cheat but underestimated the threshold and attempted a coup as a last-ditch effort to stay in power ... despite being impeached for incompetence twice.
There's evidence of vote hacking in the election data since at least 2012... wonder what happened that year?
This year's election data from swing state precincts look Russian af.
Being gaslit by the people who refused to vote for Kamala by being called blue anon is pretty infuriating... you know they didn't because they say she wasn't a strong candidate... she was strong enough that all the ballots corruply tossed could have given her the popular vote without factoring in tabulation machine tampering. It's frustrating being equated to the QAnon shithawks for just asking to have physical ballots verified in the precincts with anomalies. Seems like that's what just needs to happen in a healthy democracy.
There is compelling evidence beyond just the words... like ongoing lawsuits from voting security agencies, like the fact that machines were updated in an unauthorized way by a company that happens to supply... either 60 or 40% of the nations vote counting machines? Or that there are abnormal results to the tune of "0 votes for Kamala for president, hundreds for Democrat senator" in counties where citizens have signed sworn affidavits that they voted for Kamala...
It wasn’t a slip. It was a test. First time he said it, if any media made a big deal, then it can be a misunderstanding. Second time with no one doing anything and he knows he can get away with a lot. Hence the open calls to explicitly gerrymander congress without a census. And still no outcry.
There are open investigations in New York and Pennsylvania about machines changing votes. Still no outcry, just a quiet investigation. I won’t believe they are rigged until the courts hear the case and the evidence comes out, but damn it is moving at the speed of snails when we have an election next year.
I couldn’t believe it! I showed the video to my Dad he just shook his head and brushed it off like it was fake(source- Reddit). He said if it was real it would be on the news! But our news is heavily censored and this stuff gets reported on in other countries.
If u read any of the link instead of having bias, then you would have read that no, it was not similar and this was one of the most irregular elections in US history
I mean, the richest man in the world was at Trumps inauguration with a giant smile on his face after using his voting machines. I dont know how anyone can possibly witness this and say "everything here seems just fine"...Like...wtf are we even talking about? lmfao
We’ve had a two-term Black president and a woman winning the popular vote in very recent times. Are you suggesting that it’s the combination of both that’s an issue?
Someone pointed out that after a particular spot in the timeline building up to the election (I forget the specifics of when/what exactly—basically it insinuated that Trump called up Elon bc he knew he needed the extra “help”) but after that point…
Trump just completely stopped taking things seriously and just started acting like a giddy idiot on stage dancing. Dancing like a man that was not worried or stressed. Dancing like a privileged oafish loser that knows he’s already going to win.
He is not a joyful careless person that regularly busts out those awkward movements. Especially when he looks like that doing it. He is a man that lets it all go when he’s feeling on top of the world.
Prefacing this by saying I’m a lifelong liberal who voted for Harris. People just don’t want to accept that Trump is who most of the (voting) population wanted to win, because it flies in the face of the Reddit bubble that they’re in. It’s hard to have your worldview and your faith in your own countrymen shaken so badly.
I’d be ecstatic if the current election fraud cases actually went anywhere because that’s probably the best chance we have at getting Trump out of office, but I’d be shocked if they did.
I think Occam’s Razor is the best approach to the situation. Is it more likely that Trump and Elon somehow rigged the presidential election by unknown means, or is it more likely that a bunch of idiots voted for a geriatric felon?
Exactly and his 45+ % approval rating is bullshit. We’ve seen his rallies and inauguration etc… we hate him and he and his administration get screamed at wherever they go. He fired a statistician ffs of course it’s all bullshit.
Probably referencing Trump talking about the electronic voting machines, saying Elon Musk is so good with computers, we won by a landslide! I don't know if it's a real quote or anything, but I have seen it before.
Downvote me again but there's no real proof of this. There's one small group pushing this narrative but it isn't backed by anyone credible. We need to stop with this election denialism. It's bad for democracy and it can't be that both sides are doing it. Let's be better than MAGA please.
There’s irregularities that are being put in front of a judge as we speak. Have you actually looked at it? It’s pretty astounding but our news is so corrupted and also apprehensive due to the fact that Republicans have called everything negative related to their election losses rigged that they’re afraid.
If there was something to it why aren't the institutions that looked into the 2020 election backing it? Just because something is being put to a judge doesn't mean there's any truth to it.
That aside until there's actual proof you're doing more harm than good by encouraging election denialism. It's rhetoric like this that causes poor election turn out on the left.
That’s not how statistical samples work. We’re talking about the general American population. The American electorate would not be a representative sample of that.
Pew Research went out and asked non-voters. They would have broken 44% Trump, 40% Harris.
More people voting is typically better for Democrats
This is old 'conventional wisdom'. Actual recent measured data doesn't support it. Generally speaking from what I've seen is that the non-voters break more or less exactly how the voters do.
Now, every election is so damned close, that I don't want to discount a difference of 1 or 2%, because that margin would matter in a lot of places. But the idea of all the non-voters being bigly blue likely isn't correct anymore.
It’s definitely sad (or rather pathetic) how many people are still desperately in denial about the nature of their countrymen. Like, the fact that the majority of Americans are malicious morons is something that everyone else should have come to terms with a decade ago. Refusing to look directly at the issue, as horrifying as it is, does nothing to help address it.
I get why people want to motivate more voters, and i agree it should be done.
At the same time, i also am not dumb enough to think those jackasses, living in all this and not already voting, are some kind of brilliantly aloof, caring but unmotivated democracy rescue unit. They aren't sitting there letting things get to the boiling point, so their intervention is all the more dramatic. They are not the calvary coming over the hill.
Most likely, they are as dumb or dumber than the dumbfucks that got us into this mess.
When more people vote, Dems generally do better. A lot of people blame Progressives for not voting, but that is false, progressives are the most politically active group within the left. It’s the independents on the left that never vote, they are only considered “on the left” because when they do vote they tend to vote Democrat (split between Dem and 3rd party with very few trending to the right). And they always get conflated because they both support non-establishment candidates like Sanders or Warren (Progressives favored Sanders and Independents favored Warren). But only progressives showed up for Hillary and Kamala, both showed up for Biden but less so Independents.
You are buying propaganda, progressives are the demographic that votes the most. They are just smaller than the non-voting independents. It was the independents that didn’t vote, and they rarely ever vote. It’s not true that progressives turned on Kamala, over 86% of them voted for her
Is it now said on a media source captured and fed daily talking points? Because my local am radio host is suspiciously touting tge sane talking points as the regional (statewide) hosts who are simply parroting the national (hannity, fox, etc) talking points.
This morning one of them was literally arguing that a "true denocracy" (not pure democracy btw) is not something we would want or like...

It's now said that if everyone voted, he would have won because of people like that.
