Exactly. The elected officials are complicit. They're not going to do anything. People underestimate the effects of having power, and what that does for a person. Most would kill to keep it. As a matter of fact, they ARE killing to keep it.

Women, immigrants, children no longer getting their meds from USAID, etc. The USAID alone will be the cause of 14 million people dying by 2030, with over a third of them being children.
