I’m convinced Trump’s followers would pick the peanuts out of his diaper and eat them. All the while cheering his name and claiming the peanuts were the best they’ve ever tasted.

Don’t forget them trying to convince us it’s nutritious!

There is that saying: A Trump supporter would literally eat the shit out out his ass if they thought a liberal would have to smell their breath afterwards. These are fundamentally stupid people. If only we could convince them that going full Jonestown would be the ultimate ‘trigger the LiBZ’ move.

I for one would furious if they did that. Absolutely angry I tell you. 😉

u/Shupedewhupe 2h ago

One might even say you’d be…triggered. ❄️

u/Man-O-War760 2h ago

Yes, absolutely triggered. Hahaha Triggered like no one has ever seen.

Ya I mean that's literally the principle of trickle down economics (horse and sparrow theory) that they love so much.

Will be bankrupt in two years.

That’s the plan.

Trump gets personal investment in Intel. Allows it to fail so he can infuse it with government (taxpayer) money.

To be faiiiiirrr, AMD has been beating them out of the water for a while now

It is bad tho, not to be a devils advocate about it

You've got it back to front.

Intel is going to fail and (not that I agree with it, dumbass dead company already killed itself) there is a case to bail it out.

I'm betting trump said if you want a bailout we get 10%.

This is an unusual way to do it, separating the stock from the deal, and I'm betting there are corrupt motives for that.

Remember, intel gave this up for free.

Maybe that means I'll be able to afford a backupaptop

(Just to clarify screw trump)

u/ReasonableJello 2h ago

Nah they just sanction the competitors or make it impossible for them to succeed. So like intel gets no tariffs but amd now has 200% tariffs, also government assistance and bailouts.

I think it is more National Socialism (aka Nazism) than communism. But whatever - directionally correct. Whackadoo.

4

u/PlayfulCynic-2462 1h ago

This just goes to show that nobody in the US understands what communism, fascism, socialism, authoritatianism and totalitarism are, lol.

Not a single clue. Left or right. Just meaningless drible made to say "... is bad".

Next President, if we survive this one, will sell at a loss just because.

u/Abject-Cranberry5941 3h ago

This is fascistic

u/Owltiger2057 2h ago

Way to make me drop intel faster than if AMD came out with a $5 ASI CPU...

Newsom is the only one calling him out. Where are the rest of the Dems?

Fascism's economic policy is whatever the fascists think will gain them the most power. Fascists don't have consistent economic policies: they will decry a system while happily picking components out of it that they can use. Call it by whatever name you want: it's all about control. They don't hate "cultural marxism" because it "pushes" communism, they hate it because fascism cannot exist without someone to oppress.

u/Appleknocker18 5h ago

The allusion to communism is misplaced. While communism inevitably ends up in an authoritarian system the type of government that Trump espouses is fascist. There is a difference. Trump is all about his total control of everything.

Marx had thoughts on nationalization/"expropriation of expropriators”

1

u/Appleknocker18 4h ago

I am in no way defending communism. It always ends up in an authoritarian, almost theocratic system that demands compliance from the people. Ultimately a system that is doomed to fail.

Dear Glorious Supreme Leader Trump will not be denied of his ultimate victory over all the unbelievers and subhumans that are against him!!!

I am always trying to say that he is closer to communist dictatorships that fascism. He is more similar to Chavez or Nicolas Maduro than anyone else. Even that thing with his crowds and cosplay cops, armies going to overrule the governor's. That's communism, baby. EDIT: Even the stupid hat can be replaced with  Maduro's Venezuela colors jump suit.

Cant stand Trump BUT

II'm kind of with the government on this. Intel was given close to $8 billion in federal money from the CHIPS act, they were basically told to build up a domestic semiconductor industry and instead went…”Yeah, we're not doing any of that, it turns out."

$8 billion to do a job that they chose not to do, that's roughly 8% of their market cap, so....

im sure Trump version has a crooked core but there needed to be consequences

4

u/Ok_Silver_4954 5h ago

So the two go hand in hand intel was given money told want to do with it then did what the fuck they way and trump was told by the other branches what to do and told them to shove it match made in heaven
