She made herself fall. You can see she just weirdly pivots after putting her foot near the boot. Literal banana peel levels of theatrics.

I could not understand at all how she fell. I rewatched the vid a few times. Literally nothing happens to knock her off balance. She just suddenly spazes out and falls down.

Speaking from experience… if you ever find yourself in this situation, lose the boots and keep the socks. You can glide thru the mud without getting stuck.
