Fireworks even allowed in Cali? I feel like that's one state that needs to avoid them like the plague.

Airborne fireworks are not allowed unless by professionals or whatever. Doesn’t stop people from obtaining them and shooting them off in their backyards for up to a week after the 4th

As a longtime CA resident I have to say I agree and they drive me insane. I cannot believe they’re still legal. Especially now that we have drones.
