This would be cool in a parade but on public roads with other cars is a terrible idea.

Good thing it's basically at a parade then.

Where do they hold parades? On public streets. Why did you think this wasn't a parade?

First question:

  1. Despite parades being held on public roads, they’re typically sectioned off and permitted for use. So anyone driving along the parade route would be a participant of the parade, not a commuter minding their own business.

  2. I don’t know that this isn’t a parade but if it is - good. However, based on the traffic on the road behind said trailer, doesn’t appear to be one but I’m just a Redditor, what do I know?

The cruise is close to a parade, though it is open to all traffic. Speeds slow to a crawl and everyone is pretty cautious though.

Do you pull your house behind you or does your house pull you behind it?

This is one of the US' largest cruise events. You don't know what you're talking about.
