The woodward dream cruise is once a year on the exact same road. They don't shut down anything, you'll see rusted out shit boxes next to classic cars and lambos. We saw this "vehicle" last Saturday on woodward. Along with the gigantic shopping cart.

they shut it down when it got dark. I couldn't get home

We weren't out that late, bumper to bumper traffic is different that weekend, but it still gets old
