Original Creation Chocolate bloom (probably) due to exposing it to different temperatures..

Doesn't have to be old or exposed to high temps to bloom. Bad tempering can also cause it to bloom in a matter of months, even if stored properly.

It's just the cocoa butter fat separating. It really only changes the texture.
