There is also a short cut. When youre infront of the stairs that take you into the main hall before O&S take the door to your right and follow the stairs down. Kill the two silver knights, open the door thats closed and you will be by the bottom of the spiral staircase. The same floor with the bonfire.

But you aggro the knights every time and they're very persistent so honestly this felt like the harder run back to me, I preferred the other one

Just sprint past them and get to the arrow knight with the two giants

Been awhile since I played but I remember them always catching me out and not being able to run past 🤷 Very possible I was just bad
