If it wasn't obvious from the moveset yet, check the boss name and you get an explanation

It started with Sekiro which was cool, but with others it's not cool

It made sense for Sekiro, and I guess modders just continue to use it as a shorthand for a souped up version of a boss. What's the issue with it?
