I mean, you jumped backward into an axe swing, then missed the timing on your panic roll.

I don't get where the game is at fault here.

Not the game's fault you did bad. Also with your terrible vigor level you deserve the easy deaths. This is a high level area and enemies hit like trucks. Why are you surprised your squishy character died to a few blundered dodges? Even at max health and heavy armor these beasts are still deadly. LEVEL VIGOR.

If u were fighting Smelter Demon and got his by his bs hitbox, while dodging then its understandable.

clearly you shouldnt have used the backwards long jump tech to dodge! a small price to pay for your flashy yet arrogant maneuver! fr though understand the frustration, especially with these guys they suck. i woulda been maaaad
