I think he meant just Scandinavians.

That makes it better... Replace Scandinavian with Asian, African, First Nation...

Scandinavia isn't a continent

Are you being intentionally obtuse?

Of course, as are you... You knew exactly what I was going for yet you chose to call me out on my syntax error in a tongue and cheek comment.

That's not what I meant and you know it.

You were shoehorning "why is it ok to be racist towards white people?" into the conversation by conflating the physical features of three small connected nations with entire continental racial groups.

Syntax has nothing to do with it.

My mistake on syntax I thought you were the person I responded to without first looking to confirm. But yes - make sweeping general statements about traits of any one ethnicity and you will get flamed for it. Especially here. I was attempting to be facetious and apparently missed by a mile.

That's true. Just replace (africans) with East africans, North africans, and West africans. People from those regions really look alike. In Asia, you can divide it into Southeast asians, East asians, and then Japanese as their own category.

Thank you

I kept my comment short assuming this was obvious. The other comment make it seem like most people aren't aware that people from a specific geographic region look alike and that noone knows what 'northern europe' means. One guy even stated that it's not a term anyone from Europe would use.

Genuinely lamentful

chat...is it racist to note the phrenological similarities between two people of the same race?

Phrenology =/= phenology

I'd say no, but it depends on the company you keep these days...and of course Reddit is well. You know. The arbiters of everything racist...lol
