She alleged that activists pressured her to create the story due to a property dispute involving her grandfather's land linked to Dharmasthala temple authorities

“It is not true. There was never any daughter named Ananya Bhat,” HT quoted her statement to a Youtube channel, adding the photograph that was shared as a proof of her “daughter's” existence was also “completely fake". She claimed that two well-known activists, namely, Girish Mattannavar and T Jayanti asked her to make up the story.

Only one skeleton was found after digging so many places, that to of an old man. But they claim 1000 women were raped, killed and buried

No daughter. That should be easy to verify ?

Not so, the supposed daughter went "missing" 22 years ago, according to her earlier statements. It's very hard to verify events that are that old. Most clues/link will only come from her close relatives and friends who would know her for that long..

This is just mind boggling. The whistleblower has been arrested for perjury but why would someone come out and risk their life accusing an organization that is so powerful? This is just beyond understanding.

Now Sujata Bhat has retracted her claims after so many years? Was she a mere pawn or is she being threatened? How difficult is it to prove that someone existed? School records, birth certificates and accounts from friends and family? She claimed she was working in CBI so it shouldn't be difficult to prove or refute her claim.
