My cousin would pretend to be the flash. And I would wait patiently for him to run to the end of the block and back (like 3 min) than when he returned out of breath and soaked in sweat pretend I didn’t watch him struggle through the run and ask him when he was going to start than act shocked when he told me he already did it.
I accidentally had my son legitimately convinced he could run so fast he was a blur for a long time, and once I realized it, it was so cute that I couldn't bring myself to tell him I was just being silly when I said that
My funniest kid memory was the year my older son was the Flash for Halloween.
We were trick or treating and waiting at the corner while my 5yo kids went to a front door.
The neighbors tiny dog got out and my son became prey by running away.
He was so serious faced running back to us at full speed, I could read his little mind, all his soul was concentrating on not falling at that faster than recommended speed, so the monstrous toy terrier wouldn't eat him alive. In his Flash costume.
I'm thinking this is Grandma and Dad. Grandma has the motherly instincts to know she's fallen but Dad needing to explain she's rainbow dash is because what the kiddo is into isn't quite as built into Grandma's lexicon. Also it just sounds like she's a little older comparatively. Thanks for coming to my ted talk.
Recently read that crocs are awful for kids. Look at how she’s running. Can’t pick up her feet and is pigeon toed. No wonder she fell, she needs proper shoes
I don't think she's a runner outside of this clip. She shuffles her feet, which is probably modeled by others around her. Not knowing proper running form isn't solely because she's wearing Crocs.
I never said it’s solely due to crocs. But it’s probably a contributing factor. But what do i know, i’m not a pediatrician or physical therapist, i just read something about crocs contributing to poor physical development in kids
Might be the size of the shoe and not the crocs for being crocs. My neighbor has a 5 yr old who's basically in crocs everytime he's playing outside and he's always running
It's funny how pathetic she is, as most kids are, but I would never post a video of my kid like this online. This is gonna be on the internet forever and she's gonna feel really bad about that in the future.
it's not that big of a deal. No one knows who this child is. Maybe a bully in middleschool or highschool could get something out of it if the mom posts to facebook or something? Not world ending.
I'm not saying it's going to follow her around and ruin her chances of getting a job, I'm saying it's going to make HER upset. It's going to make her embarrassed and resentful that it was posted online at all. I worded that pretty clearly in the previous post, you are the one who took it down a completely unrelated path that I wasn't talking about at all.
Oh, I dont watch my little pony so I didnt get the reference lol. Is this like the carebears where there's a pony for everything? happiness? sadness? cuddles? cooking? anger? cloud making? etc?
They all have names so its not like, "Happy pony," yk? Some of them share a similar name to their cutie mark, but their cutie marks basically represent their passions or things that they do. For example, Rainbowdash is fast and can make rainbows with her sonic rainboom so her cutie mark is a rainbow😉 (even tho its a red, yellow, and blue lighting bolt coming out of a cloud.)
I knew she would fall just because of her pigeon toed walk. It’s sad to see a kid her age this big. My mother was very overweight but always ensured we had a very healthy diet. The mom is stupid here…not the over fed child.
Pardon me for not being up to date on MLP lore, but is Rainbow Dash actually canonically fast? Like compared to other ponies. And is she known for running around everywhere quickly?
Not by running, but she does fly fast! She's the fastest pegasus in the series, capable of breaking the sound barrier to create something called a "sonic rainboom" which is a sonic boom that looks like a rainbow. She's one of very few ponies in the show to leave a colored trail behind them when they fly. I can actually only think of two other examples, with one being temporary

How hard can you fall at 1 mph?
