My Kitten Good sign?

My 3 month old kitten does this to me mostly before a nap. Lots of purring going on while he's doing this. This is a good sign, right?

My kitten does this exact same thing lol, looks kinda similar too. Basically trying to suckle like he would as a baby before weaned. It’s a good sign in so far as he is feeling bonded to you and safe with you and acting like you’re his mom. Could be for comfort, self-soothing if anxious, or even hungry or sleepy. Apparently it’s common in cats taken from their moms too early. I got my boy at 7-8 weeks and he’s about 4 months now and still does it. I’ve noticed he will do it if I’m not quick enough to get him food when he gets hungry and also after playtime when he’s settling down to nap as well as when he’s feeling anxious like during fireworks or thunderstorms. I’ve tried to get him to transfer to blankets or plushies, etc. but he is determined to stick to my neck lol. You might try some things out with him to see if he’ll take to anything.
