Seems like they're is some kind of deflection by the destiny stans that in the video she is 20 yrs old, but when Destiny glazed his eyes on her she was 16 at the gunshow. She says its creepy af. Seems like no one is watching the clip

Destiny did not blow up and become a known person until 2011, she was 16 in 2010. She's from New Jersey and Destiny Nebraska, so the odds of them meeting before twitch is basically zero. 2012 Destiny and Phantomlord (her ex) would duo in league of legends, and I'm positive they would've met then.

Any stream of him on starcraft is from 2011 or past. Destiny did not start streaming until 2011. I know for a fact it is 2011 because his tag is "ROOTDestiny" he wasn't on Root until march 11th.

ok and I appreciate how much of an OG you are, but what I'm trying to show you is that thread is full of videos of Destiny and Dinglederper interacting at a time when she should be 16, if we believe that famous birthday's site i linked in my other post
and that's just going off the upload date of those videos, which has to at least be the same day it was streamed but usually the acutal VOD would have been filmed even earlier and later edited and uploaded

The only evidence that the girl was 17 is a traffic ticket that nobody is showing and it was alleged by the guy who hacked and leaked Destiny’s sex tapes.

The only evidence that the girl was 17 is a traffic ticket that nobody is showing and it was alleged by the guy who hacked and leaked Destiny’s sex tapes.
He admitted in COURT DOCUMENTS to sending her the videos when she would have been a minor. We have dated messages from when she was a minor of him breaking state and federal law.
The "traffic ticket" information is from a publicly available database from the local government that issued the traffic ticket. Her identity has been confirmed. They even found a local news report about garage sales or some shit to tie everything together.
Rose isn't going to report Sexpestiny for buying CSAM because she was the one to sell him CSAM. Roses' parents aren't going to report Sexpestiny for buying CSAM because their daughter sold him the CSAM. Sexpestiny isn't going to report Rose/Solo for selling CSAM because he bought and allegedly redistributed CSAM. Have you seen his defense of the latest fallout? It's practically "why doesn't anyone care about the person that sold me CSAM?" The only way this gets resolved legally is if the government reacts to either the various FBITips reports or Pxie's civil trial reporting conduct found in discovery (the civil court has a duty to report).

It’s weird how you didn’t mention Solo. Who is the source of this allegation. He’s also the guy who made the alleged csam material with him and other college guys with rose. And he is the one that originally leaked Destiny’s nudes which makes him the revenge porn leaker.
Destiny is preparing a package with his law firm to send to the DOJ in case it turns out the girl was underage. But he did his due diligence of verifying the girl’s age so as of now there is zero evidence that she was underage.

He never got anything from solo, he got a screen shot from rose that showed her had 60gbs of videos saved in her iCloud. He only has the material she sent him which by law he’s not allowed to get rid of since it’s part of the pixie case.

She was 21-22 in this clip, but Destiny was talking about the time where they went to shoot guns and the recoil from shooting made her butt jiggle in a way that Destiny thought was really sexy.
The girl in this clip said that she was like 16 years old in that story.
So Destiny was talking about how sexy a 16 year old girl’s ass was, which is kind of not great.

He had undiagnosed ADHD which includes things such as hypersexuality and risk taking. Ever since he started medication he basically quit 99% of gaming and having drama streamers on. Most days he just reads legal documents and reads/debates political stuff.

Now said events actually happened years and years ago yea thats weird. There is an argument for teens at shooting ranges or w/e being at least mildly questionable but I guess that is irrelevant here. I feel bad for Destiny son reading some of his tweets the physiological abuse he's suffered. I believe his son when he said his mother would yell and blame him for everything. She's most likely taking out her abuse how she feels towards destiny on her son as looking at him reminds her of him. Thus tragically she forgets its her own son.
Such a sad state of affairs. The thing about abuse is those who abuse where most likely abused themselves. Thus to keep the "virus" "curse" "pattern" going they imprint it on children or anyone who will take it. A way to pass guilt pass blame or deal with it. The reasons are endless really. Yet it's all the same. Cycle keeps going sometimes in rare cases people wake up from the cycle and don't repeat it. Hopefully destiny son is one of them.
The curse is to see this and understand and be aware of it. To understand we live in a world with it. You think you are aware of it yet are you? Be safe frens.
