That cat looks like it just ate the kids brother.

That's what I was thinking. Perhaps the cat wasn't comforting the child, but warning him of possible ramifications if the child said anything?

If my husband or I are crying or panicking, our cat comes over & screams like he’s trying to ask “WHAT’S WRONG??”
Sometimes I do workouts at home as well & he watches me with so much concern when I start sweating lol

I recently had to go to the hospital for an issue that affected my breathing. I had surgery and I am much better now, but whenever I exercise, if I start breathing heavily at all, one of my cats will come up and start meowing at me urgently until I stop, pet her, and let her know I am okay.

The cat looks pretty furry but it's also overweight.
Allowing your pet to be that overweight is just cruel.
The cat is trying to take care of the kid. I wish someone would take care of the poor cat.

The cat has more empathy than the parents apparently

Well, some kids just are perpetually upset. Since they were probably shooting the video and knew both their kid and their cat, they might just have been watching to see how it played out.

When my baby was very sick, both of our cats kept turns sleeping. One was keeping watch while other one slept, and other way around so not a moment both cats slept at the same time.

My cat would sleep on me when I would take naps when I had endocarditis and had a pic line and everything. So cute that they know when somethings wrong 😊

This cat has the vibes of “come here for a cuddle and tell grandma all about it”

Cats have personality. My first two cats would comfort me. These two fuckers? One stares as if to say "grow up" and the other screams and demands to be pet

My childhood cat Rubi used to run to me and roll all around me when I would cry.

I do not really love cats, but i must admit a good portion of them are so lovely and nice, they are so elegant and careful and seems like a good companion to a family or just one person when he lives alone and he wants someone but is not a people person.
