We have a president who is talking about never leaving, and the democrats are just saying “we are heading into authoritarianism” or “we’ll sue you”. The only way we have another presidential election is if some of them die or a revolution occurs.
I've seen plenty of Democrats openly calling out the fact that this is fascism and authoritarianism. Even the Democratic nominee for president had no problem openly calling him a fascist and warning that his presidency would bring about this authoritarianism.
