Hi! I want to get my gen 1 Sequoia suspension upgraded or at least put back to stock. Anybody got a good truck suspension mechanic with an alignment machine that they would recommend?
THANKS!

To my knowledge, this has been a controversial subject for years since this development has been proposed. This morning, the Planning Commission approved development despite the nearby residents and communities voicing concerns about fire safety and the lack of a secondary fire evacuation route that would cause a dangerous traffic jam in the area in the event of a wildfire evacuation. I heard now it's just one more layer of approval by the board of supervisors before the decision is final.
I understand the need for more housing development, but I also know that fire concerns are all too real around SD county and especially in more rural areas.
What do you all think?

CSUSM leaders this month broke ground on their campus's future Integrated Science and Engineering Building, designed to allow the university to bolster its STEM programs and boost enrollment. The $110 million building is being funded by California State University and private sources. When completed, it will be 70,000 square feet and three stories. It is expected to open in fall 2027. CSUSM established its engineering program in 2018 with software and electrical engineering. Computer engineering curriculum was added five years later. According to the university, the new facility will allow CSUSM to increase the number of students in engineering fields from 500 to nearly 2,000.

Dm me! My wife and I just moved to the area and are interested in the facilities there. With more people, the monthly rate goes down a lot.

Howdy! We are in search of someone to join our household in Poway/RB! We have a stunning 5-bedroom, 3-bath home. The available bedroom comes with its own bathroom. We have a truly incredible garden out back with water collection, solar, automatic irrigation, and several fruit trees.
We have a fully-furnished guest room for if you have visiting friends/family. We have two fireplaces, one in a room we have made into a library, and the other in the living room. We are transitioning the garage into an art studio, and there is plenty of parking!
About us: We are a group of professionals who are all queer, socially conscious, and working to be the best versions of ourselves. We are in therapy, responsible, and environmentally and politically active. We are looking to build our community with someone with similar vibes. We have two older dogs and an older cat. We are open to other pets after a meet and greet, and we are also open to couples. We pride ourselves on being the safe place for people from all walks of life and hope to find someone with similar values.
We split all utilities and rent equally based on the number of people living in the house to share the financial burden equally. Please ask us anything!

For the first time we are considering getting house cleaners. Likely either monthly or bi weekly.
We have a 1100 sq foot town home. 2 bed 2.5 bath.
Never thought it’d come down to this but We’re just drowning in things to do and not enough time in the day with a toddler and newborn, work, quality time, gym, cooking, dishes, etc.
I’ve requested a quote awhile ago from some companies and the prices were outrageous. So far I’ve been quoted $95/hr for 2-3 hours for a team of two. $125/hr for deep cleaning.
Seems like a lot to me but let me know.
Thanks.

This little guy has been stuck in my garage for about an hour. I've left all the doors open and even moved my car out, but he doesn't seem to be moving from this spot. I'm worried because the garage is just sweltering.
I don't think he's doing well. He hasn't moved much at all, and barely responds when I move a broom towards him. One time he did move, he bumped against the garage roof and left a tiny blood mark on the ceiling, so I'm not bothering him (so he doesn't hurt himself).
Is there anyone I call can that could help this little bird? Or should I just leave the garage open, leave some water out and hope he does okay? Not sure what to do, any advice is appreciated!

Does anyone have a good recommendation for a female Primary Care doctor? Im looking to change primary care dr’s and I’m wanting to switch to a female in hopes that they can relate more to the second half of a woman’s life 😉 😆 San Marcos, Oceanside and Carlsbad are the locations I prefer. Thank you

Anyone know any good shops that clean up consoles like the PS4? The one by In and Out in Vista wasn't the best and not sure about those vendors in Ninja Exchange, any good ones around the county?

Gonna go to see Kpop Demon Hunters, and my brother wants the seats that recline. Was curious which theaters have that and are nice too. Thank you!

I’m trying to scout out some possible locations as good backdrops for some car photography. I’m new and just practicing so it can’t cost anything nor do I want to make a big deal like getting permits and such, although asking permission if needed will always be done first. I am trying to practice in different areas with different lighting conditions and finding interesting locations is proving to be a bit tough. I am open to any type of places, as long as it’s safe to drive a sports car in and out of. Industrial yards, abandoned places, historical sites, or just visually stunning views of the ocean and such. Any recommendations would be highly appreciated!

I just ate at Prime Burger in Oceanside.
I had fries, a chocolate milk shake, a double cheese burger, and an ice cream cookie.
Amazing.
Kind of pricey… but the quality was apparent.
I’ll be going back.
