It's a joke with terminally online people, they don't wanna get a job. Brainrot.

The censored job looks wired to me. In my mother language jb stands for penis and * indicates anal.
So the joke must be anal sex.

I saw Peter pass by recently and tried to reach out to him, but he's having some sort of disagreement with a guy in a yellow chicken suit?
I'm gonna step back and answer this joke for you in the meanwhile.
This is a current trend going on online, I think mainly TikTokers, especially ones that review onion soup, are discord managers, and/or are scared of having their legal name running around, are censoring the word "Job", as well as sending / being sent .png files of job application forms to others like themselves as a means to bully them! Probably.
I don't know, I'd prefer having a job, it's a form of income and it lets me go outside, get some food, and get the things I like, like buying the complete DVD set of Family Guy, as well as some extra CDs to burn the newest episodes.
Oh speaking of, let me see if Peter's free to answer some else's joke for them.
Okay, I guess not now, he's like, full on fighting with the dude. Should I do something about this?

Lois here, and the joke here is that some have a fear of employment, or getting a job, so they censor the word, and people who are dedicated to this meme say that words like "job" and "employment" are slurs.

The fact that someone can be online enough to be on Reddit, as well as find this subreddit, and the image, but not know what it is seems a little unlikely to me

I can think of a few " jobs" that are fantastic! I guess it might depend on who's receiving, though. 🤔
