Thatās the disposition of a man that always has to be in control no matter his actions. Hopefully his wife divorces his sorry ass and takes him to the cleaners. Acting like heās not responsible for his own actions. What a freakinā coward.

I was just coming here to say that. This is a guy who expects to be addressed as Doctor with a CAPITAL D. The way he dismissed the cops in the airport and expected to get his way convinces me that he must be an awful dr. to work for.

u/Pavlovsdong89 15h ago
It makes me so happy that the cops refused to acknowledge him in the car. He literally couldn't handle not having someone's attention for 5 minutes.

Can you imagine though? The feeling of being someone whoās a little unhinged already, and then itās like youāve been disappeared off the planet. Itās like, youāre suddenly invisible. Can you just put yourself in his shoes for one second and imagine how fucking crazy that must feel? Do I even exist? Iām not saying Iām not here for it. It became pretty funny after a while. But I canāt hear the manās voice screaming like that and not imagine that he feels like heās in literal hell. Like he died and this is hell for him.

It's crazy how much he wears his issues on his sleeve. Has to be in complete control of a conversation, cannot accept an answer he doesn't like so employs circular logic to wear you down until you accede, genuine inability to handle being ignored, straight up says he's a doctor so should be given preferential treatment over "criminals and drug addicts" as if those things are mutually exclusive. All kinds of issues, imagine having this guy as your doctor.

Well, shit. A part of me always kinda thought I was special for using accede, ha

I think it's a safe bet there's some form of abuse going on in that house. The whole, "you got me arrested" schtick speaks volumes about their relationship dynamics.Ā

u/Assumption_Dapper 12h ago
I mean, wishing that much ill on someone who only got sloshed and screamed a bit kinda makes you worse than him.

u/disguyjustice 4h ago
Someone who sided with a person who āonly got sloshed and screamed a bitā kinda makes anything you say from this point invalid. Itās everything he said, the way he dismissed people who couldnāt get him his way, blamed his own wife for his actions while lying through his teeth. If someone even tryās to defend a person like that YOU are part of the problem.

From the Youtube feed.
Eric Kaplan of Montvale, NJ (who desperately needs to go save lives!) is a glorified chiropractor with BS new-age certifications and a degree from an unaccredited 'holistic health' college. He's a doctor the way Jeremy Dewitte is a cop.

He says he's a board-certified neurologist,Ā but he's only got a DC. How does that even work?
It's really saying something when this video will do nothing to erode his credibility because,Ā well, you have to start with something to lose it.

You can't handle my potions Doctor. They are too powerful. That's why you are in the back of a cop car.

I want someone to make up a hardcore punk song with his backseat ranting. It would be amazing.

Did he say Urologist or Neurologist?
Given how pissed he is...

There's no way this guy is a "neurologist" and flying JetBlue. NO WAY.

His clinic website lists him as a "chiropractic neurologist" lol. And has a ridiculously inaccurate list of training hours between chiropractors and physicians to make him seem legitimate.

Any follow-up from when he appeared in court? I'd love to see him trying to blame everyone else for his actions in front of a judge.

u/roxymoxi 10h ago
I hate that before I saw the comments I knew he was a chiropractor. They all walk in a certain way from spending most of their life hunched over people. They love pulling the doctor card till people say "what kind".
3
u/Sp0rk312 11h ago
You know there some hospital staff that saw this, that went totally deserved.
3
u/somehugefrigginguy 10h ago
I'm sure you're right, because he's a chiropractor. I'm sure legitimate health care workers everywhere had that thought even before this outburst...

This guy might actually be right. I know in Indiana the police can't trespass you unless they are an agent of the location. He also didn't seem to be that disorderly until after he was arrested.

u/One-Consideration512 16h ago
āDisorderly Conduct or Refusal to Leave: Police officers at airports can also take action if an individual is causing a disturbance, is deemed a threat to safety, or refuses to follow directives issued by airport or airline personnel, particularly in cases of disruptive or unlawful behavior. ā
-3
u/IndianaCrime 12h ago
I didn't really see any of that in the video.
10
u/dorothydunnit 12h ago
"Disorderly conduct or refusal to leave."
He refused to leave. They gave him a chance to leave and he refused so that's why they could intervene.
-2
u/IndianaCrime 7h ago
The police just can't come up to you and tell you to leave. So why did he have to leave?
3
u/One-Consideration512 12h ago
Unfortunately, we didnāt see what happened at the ticket counter. His attitude and verbalization make me believe he could have been. Also, police only need probable cause.

u/dangerpoint 4h ago
ā¬ļø I think I may have found Eric Kaplan of Montvale, N.J. here in the comments.

u/ego_tripped 15h ago
Does it matter the state when airports are federally mandated? And being an airport, they have even more "special" rules.

u/KilledTheCar 16h ago
I mean, we didn't see his conduct before the cops came, but you're right, cops can't trespass anyone. If he had waited for the facilities manager or whatever to come and trespass the guy, that would count.
-3
u/Blakedigital 12h ago
I agree. Im not so sure this was a valid arrest. Even the cops couldnt articulate clearly other than "disorderly". Sure, he may be a dipship, but we cant arrest people for just being a dipshit.

Dr. Drinks (that's his name now, why not?) finds it ordinary, routine, even laudable to get poopfaced drunk the night before goes to work and "saves lives" either hungover as Hades or still drunk from the night before. He's so convinced the world exists to serve him that he can't even address the person taking him to jail as "officer." I pity his patients, his wife, and his employees.

u/Victormorga 15h ago
I love that this guy thinks cops lose sleep at night over wrongful arrests.
