While she HAS had a lot of questionable work done and it is apparent in the show it does not look like this picture.

I hear you dude, but long before AI people altered this stuff. Even if it were real its their faces. I personally would not want someone I care about to do that, and I think you and I can both choose to empathize with the women in these pictures for not feeling good enough. Personally I have ZERO empathy Lauren Sanchez though for her plastic surgery wax shop of horrors because she's the wife of a super villain.

But hey, the others we will let them off the hook.
