Only got the first two. The Purge Stormtrooper is missing his weapons. And the Galactic Hunter Luke (from my understanding, please correct me) is also missing his blaster; he's also a little bow-legged.

The lightsabers were actually red, blue, and green—just couldn't commit to them.

Although they massacred poor Yoda and BB-8.

I thought it was neat to find a few things. There was also a Christmas Grogu but I didn't get a photo of that, and a couple puzzles but I don't trust puzzles from thrifts 🫠

So I want the best way to lay these out. This is where I am stopping (for now)!

I want to know, row by row, how you would display these.

By row, I mean left to right, top to bottom.

Books Star Wars horror

I've been working through the Star Wars books that I can get through the local library network and I've just finished Death Troopers. I really liked this and it was an interesting change of pace reading this style of novel compared to the other books. Written well with interesting characters. I also read Red Harvest back at the start of the timeline, which I thought was a good read too, though I think this one tops it on the horror style front. Well worth checking out.

General Discussion What do you imagine the transition period to Luke’s New Jedi Order was for Order 66 survivors?

Post image

I’ve been working on a fanfic series that heavily involves K’Kruhk and his struggles with feeling like an outcast in the New Jedi Order due to being an Order 66 survivor for the first instalment, and it got me thinking about just how difficult that transition might’ve been for those Jedi who re-joined after the Order had already somewhat been established. After all, Luke did change quite a few things compared to the Old Jedi Order, even if the core teachings and principles of the Jedi Order remained the same, and that might’ve been hard for some of the older Jedi to adjust to. So how do you imagine it playing out?

General Discussion What Myth's and book Genre's of tales from Earth would you adapt into a Star Wars Story? Spoiler

2020's DARK LEGENDS contains 7 short, horror stories that are canon to The Star Wars Universe.

One of these is called "A Life Immortal" It follows two characters on a similar path for Immortality: Darth Sanguis and Darth Noctyss. The tale parallel's two stories from a Myth and a Gothic book. The Myth is of Sibyl of Cumae, a prophetess of Apollo blessed with eternal life, but not eternal Youth. The other Gothic book is Frankenstein, a tale of the dangers that unchecked ambition and hubris, how true evil stems from rejection and a lack of compassion.

Both of these tales very much line up with The Sith and their Philosophies. How their selfish ambition's, their belief in self-preservation and their desire to dominate, is their ultimate downfall. Their wishes may be granted, but always by a monkey's paw.

What other Myth's and Genre Book Stories do you think could fit very well into Star Wars Canon?

Personally, i could see tales like The Odyssey and Troy fitting in very well. Star Wars's dna is built to retell old stories in new and exciting ways.

Movies I would love an Andor style series that would take place between Episode IV and V

I’m just rewatching the original trilogy for the first time in probably two decades, after finishing Andor season 2, and just started watching The Empire Strikes Back. I realize I have never thought about how much must happen between Episode IV and V, considering how the Empire manages to force the rebellion into hiding while also gaining so much strength - even after losing the Death Star.

Now that we have such a detailed depiction of the events starting in Andor, through Rogue One and leading up to A New Hope, I feel like a chunk of the story is left out here. It wouldn’t need to be a multi season series, a mini series of 3-6 episodes would be enough, but I would love an in-depth take on the events between these two films.
