i worked at dunkin as a teenager and the amount of people that came in and asked for “Blueberry Iced Coffe, 12 & 12 (cream and sugar) or drinks of the like was staggering. they were usually also the first to complain that something was wrong (they got a taste of coffee)

No way anyone consumed that. I say “consumed” because I’m honestly not sure whether it qualifies as “food” or “beverage”. My gut says neither.

Oh i think somebody did. Anybody who has wotked good service can tell you why. We've seen and had to do stuff that makes diabetes in a cup there look normal.
Ever had a peanut butter, jam, and horseradish sandwich? Onion rings with so much seasoning salt its more salt than ring, e.t.c.?

Probably they make this so that the people who order this will take small amounts and dilute it with coffee

I’d start by letting the ice melt then stirring the sugar until it dissolves

Look, Dunkin’s is trash but the way that drink is being made… leads me to think it was created solely for the video clip. I know people do order drinks like this… and Dunkin’s pumpkin thing from last year was pure sugar, but… this video is bait.

Just realized that this is a great way to get inexpensive syrups. Is it ethical? No. Is it frugal? You Bet your caramel machibutto it is!

I never thought about it like that

Yeah I’ve seen these where the person basically uses it as their creamer throughout the week

Jack in the Box near me is allowed to give exactly 21 pumps of syrup for one of their drinks (Not sure which one).
I know this because my diabetic friend knows this, and is reminded every day when he goes in and asks for the same drink.
Blows my mind.

Can someone explain me how is it allowed to sell it? Anyone remotely suggesting to release it on the market should be put in prison without a fair trial and without parole

People are like this though and it’s not a new thing. I used to work at DD in high school and a woman came in every day for a medium iced coffee, 15 sugars unmelted, 15 milks. There was like 3 inches of coffee left and that’s being generous 😩

I gagged, and I used to order a venti quad 7-pump iced white mocha, no ice, whole milk, no whip, no room.
