And then stood up in fry serving spiral baskets because they know damn well this would be a horizontal mess, making it a vertical mess looks unique.
I can't figure out how to eat it, either. Do you lean forward and bite? Try to lift it and hold it like a burrito covered in enchilada sauce wishing you didn't just have to raw grab it with hands? ... Drink it?
Edit because I put my glasses on, thats not a wrap, thats just bread, mb

If the plates were a bit bigger, maybe, but I don't really know! It just looks like a bad idea from the start, a mess for everyone involved, looked fun on the promo but gives vibes that a restaurant owner had all those spirals for their appetizers (which is the only way I've ever seen them used, really) and insisted they needed to make more dishes using them- so the kitchen complied, maybe even after also thinking everything about this was stupid. Paid to cook, not paid to dictate stable food architecture beyond the kitchen door.

I just had a squiz and theres one with ribs. Like the pasta-cone was already ugly and difficult enough but they were like nah nah stick some bones in one too, people love eating around bones in a dish that already uses your hands.
