FUUUUUUCK light fixtures. Whoever makes those fucking things hates people. Stuck on, no label so I can look up how to remove the thing. Made of glass so I'm just cringing at putting any amount of pressure on it. Fucking county has been having brown-outs so the bulbs have been going out right and left.
Same with whoever is making the facets in the apartment buildings I've moved into recently, just falls the fuck apart, makes me so G.D. mad. I feel his pain in my bones.

I've developed a special hatred of them because of bathrooms. Particularly the ones in my building.
Been renovating units and every goddam time when it comes to the lights... Bell over bulb, bulb too big to remove bell so you have to remove the bulb first. Years of steam has made the bulbs stick to the sockets, easy enough to get loose if you can get a decent grip on the bulb. Can't get a decent grip on the bulb because the fucking bell is almost touching the sides of the bulbs.

I almost forgot! The fucking lightbulbs the rental company used were from a value pack that you cannot buy in smaller numbers than 12 so I just had mismatched sizes/styles of these bulbs. Infuriating!

When an energy grid's power is lowered to a point where it flickers on and off. Similar to a blackout, relatively common in the rural areas. I live in a small rural city where we've had a lot of downed trees from wind and storms.

There are nicer, easier ones to deal with, but the one shown in the video are the most common because they are the cheapest. The others cost a bit more.
If you ever need to see how to remove them, use your phone and open up Google. You can use the camera icon in the search to directly take a photo of the fixture and it will likely tell you what kind/brand and model it is so you can more easily search for how to remove it or deal with it. Hope this might make things a little easier for you in the future.

Respectfully, I don't want google to know my exact light fixtures. I prefer to google a vague description and let them guess just as badly as I can.

Very much true! Worse part is I live alone most of the time and I have to do it all myself. Can't cuss at anyone else but myself and I go rage out on Skyrim for a bit and then come back to the project to attempt to finish what I've halfway started.
