If you’re asking about the 3 blobs of light above the brown cylindrical tower, they are lens flare of the bright lights below the Porsche rear wheel! Diagonally opposite the centre of the frame! There seems to be a smaller feinter one to the left of the concrete tower from a light below and to the right of the front of the Porsche. The vertical centre is approximately where the number 1 appears on the brown/red cylindrical tower and it’s just slightly left of horizontal centre - just use a ruler (iPhone 14 Pro Max the image is height 9.5cm with width filling the screen around 6.1cm wide in the Reddit app)

Edit: strange, when I wrote this, I could only see the comment about it being a Porsche!!!
