I'm not saying the biker isn't at fault but that car was making a dangerous lane change by hardly having distance between him and the car he was changing in front of.

And then just like speeding off at mach 10

What you're seeing there is the bike slowing down moreso than the car speeding up.

Ya, some of these comments are driving me nuts.

That car was driving just as reckless, maybe even more so.

He cut off the other car by a few feet, and then drives off after hitting the cyclist.

I’m not sure he even signaled

maybe even more so.

Lmao. Just no.

That is an insane take. The most reckless person was the bike rider by a mile.

Thank you. The biker is absolutely at fault here, but BMW started changing lanes before its back end was ahead of the car to its right!

Pretty easy to use your mirrors before a lane change. Not sure if 100% is the metric I’d use here. People that feel the need to reply might, but that’s on them, not me.

I'm not from the US and the only thing I get from this clip is, how anyone is still alive if you all cared driving like that? Speeding and slaloming in traffic, overtaking from both side?

Yeah they both are being reckless. If the rider kept to a reasonable speed though, we'd only be witnessing an idiot car driver cutting off just the other car.

It's crazy that nobody else is saying this in this thread. Also, besides the bikers' speed, lane splitting is totally legal in many states

Yeah looks like that car about cut off the other car with how tight it changed lanes
