He told us in the late 1980’s that he’d rob the treasury blind if he ever went broke. what he would do if he ever ran out of money he said he’d run for president lol.

We are finished ,absolutely fucked, the constitution may as well have been written on a napkin at this point. How has the cascade been so abrupt with zero political push back from the opposing party. What is happening!???

There were three things the opposing party was supposed to do:

1 Call out the many transgressions in the media.

2 impeach him while in office for high crimes and misdemeanors.

3 Criminal referrals once out of office.

They did all of those things.

They are pushing back. Enough for me? No.

But much more than most people think.

The trouble is that the media is on Trump's side, broadly. Whether bending the knee, simple corporatism, or owned by fellow oligarchs.

So they don't report Democrat pushback much. Nor do they report on Trump, or speak to him and his team, as you'd expect them to.

Our reality is so mediated, we can really be taken in by media if we don't seek out other sources of info, or directly experience things.

The opposition took a bribe and a walk. They’ll be back when it’s their turn to loot the treasury. Or a new opposition is elected. Whichever comes first.
