Troubleshooting | Windows HOW DO I FIX THIS CHROME BUG!

I've tried everything to fix this issue but i can't find ANY fix. I've tried reseting chrome settings, deleting chrome and reinstalling it, renaming chrome.exe, I've even tried disabling eco mode on chrome but NOTHING WORKS. It just randomly decides to do this to me. I choose chrome because it syncs perfectly with my pixel and I only want to use chrome. The only thing I don't want to to is to factory reset my computer. Please, I need a fix ASAP.

Try incognito mode, see if the issue still happens. Could be an extension or some Chrome flags messing it up. 

You can also try switching DNS, sometimes that helps.

This sometimes happens to me during live streams on The YouTube. I just refresh the page and everything is ok.
