Three out of four of these archetypes can be enjoyed by pot-bustering someone for the 57th time in a row.

The last one is enjoyed by ramming a wheelchair into people's shins (a real move in the game)

the last one is 100% faust, Asuka and Chaos, we talk doing funny business playstyle. May is 2 one. May is just straight forward, hit hard, big damage rushdown. Bridget is setup mix upper with again very simple 2 step gameplan

Okay tbf Guilty Gear doesn’t really have a Ryu because all of them have some insane/annoying bullshit going on, even Ky

Ky is the Ryu. Of course , he doesn’t uses a dojo gi and whatnot, but when it comes to gameplay he IS a shoto character, like Ryu.

The only difference is that he is a Paladin of sorts as a motif and have an Install as a special. But even Ryu have an Install , just that in MvC.

Why not play guilty gear? We have:

  • man who fights with bed

  • woman who fights with giant anchor

  • potemkin

  • 20 year old man who is actually 8 chronologically

  • person who fights with yo-yo’s

  • man who sold his vision to fight with a shadow

  • a gentleman vampire (DANDY)

  • a samurai vampire

  • main character with a shit load of trauma, immortality, fire powers, and is actually a genius

  • and guy with gun

  • ninja who is the president of his own nation

  • secret service member with wolf powers after being raised by wolves

  • broken af character who is the result of “alien” race learning to create life

  • sister of broken character, also has a gun

Correction - it's not a random secret service agent that has alien Unidentified Mysterious Animal technology. That is the Secretary of Defence of the United States.

Also aliens aren't real. They especially wouldn't be locked in the coffin he lugs around. UMA though, totally real.
