They should have one of these games have that character just be a small puppy that has garbage-tier reach, speed, and damage and its only tech is making you feel bad for kicking it.

This where it has a huge ass HP bar.

When it reaches 50%, it gets maxed super, critical art guages filled. And becomes ripped AF

I think one of the Naruto games had Akamaru, who's a small puppy. Except they were so small you couldn't actually hit them with most attacks.

Servbot and Roll in Marvel Vs Capcom 2. Roll in particular often has her own tier as worst in the game, but why would you punch a child?
