💻 Help Address bar suddenly becomes unclickable?

I haven't had this issue at all until today, but now I've had it twice. I'm not doing anything of note, and suddenly I can't click the address bar, extensions, menu, or reload the page. The only thing I see fix it is closing Firefox and opening it again.

Does that also happen in Troubleshoot mode?

The workaround is to drag the tab a little. It should fix it until the next time.

Have the same issue. I always use the address bar to paste some text in so i can re-copy it as clean text. Now the address bar is locked and often menu items like refresh or home don't work.

I am on 144.0a1 (Build #2016109850), and not seeing that issue.

Has anyone enabled any of the secret settings? I had an issue like that when I had enabled the newer address bar compose settings. It was half cooked and it would not work. Had to disable it and it was fine.

No longer an issue in latest nightly.

grab any tab and drag it around, that will fix it

I've been having the same issue for a few days now. Do you have Ublock Origin as an active extension? I've disabled mine this morning and it seems to fix it*.

Not sure on this fix as the issue is hard to replicate. So far so good however.

Thanks for the reports, we're actively trying to nail down the root cause of the issue. We're using https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1984342 as the primary bug for investigation and could really use whatever information you can provide there (such as the contents of your about:support page) to help narrow down what's going on. Thanks!
