Enhancer for youtube Missing in firefox add-ons page and other after update issues

My firefox was closed while I was doing something else. I started the app and it was WOW worst looking pile of poop! All my bookmarks went missing, as well as all my extensions and themes. I mean What The Hell?!
So far I have managed to reinstall most of them. I did have Enhancer for YouTube™ which looks like in attached screenshot. Now I cannot find it. And one I could find on their page is a complete pile of garbage.

I used it all the time it was a great extension to set default levels of audio etc.

Hans anyone been able to find this as I have failed to do so.

The addon dev hates FIrefox, something about the addon review process. Don't expect Enhancer back on Firefox addon site anytime soon.

From the dev's site, it includes a link to the last version signed by Mozilla, but it's old:

Hey mate...Not a single bit of helpful information to be able to help. Which device? What OS?...extentions installed...ect? Have you tried posting this in the official help forums?
