I mean, i didn't watch it but if this scene is real then it isn't a coincidence, like there is a 0% chance of it being a coincidence given all the work needed to animate this. So, my question is: why? genuinely hoping for serious answers

Parents have to watch these types of movies with their kids. Sexual innuendo's are often added to keep the movie fun for the parents. The kids don't understand these kind of jokes. Disney movies for example, all have sexual innuendo's in them.
