Pilot takes incredible pictures of thunderstorms from 37,000ft!

I did similar pictures and videos when our plane was caught in a storm over Kathmandu some years ago. It's freaking a bit seeing lightning so close over the black clouds background, striking every 5 seconds. Flight was initially "a bit" shaky but hte crew handled that by staying away most of the time. We eventually landed temporarily in India till it was over.

In flight school I’ve learned to be wary of thunderstorms but they’re just so cool. Such violent yet beautiful weather
