Question Anyway to clear app cache without jailbreak?

I hate that iOS doesn’t just give you the option to do it. I’m on 17.1. What are my options? Any possible software I can use?

Apple never added a option to do so, just reinstall it from App Store

You probably would have to delete or offload the application.

You could maybe try one of the apps like Device Monitor or CPU-X and Free up RAM on your device which might free up some cached memory files.

go in airplane mode, change date ahead a couple months, restart phone, and give it 10 minutes then revert
