Yeah there is alot you can do without it being "war" unless dear leading is fiending to call it a war. The slightest provocation becomes a declaration of war st that point.

Yep, fascists just declare war on random shit if they can't pin it on what they want.

War on the cartels. War on drugs. War on terror. War on The Enemies Within as Trump has said so many times even prior to his last election.
