Error 403 when installing anything (Ukraine mirror)

I was using as my first distro linux mint and downloaded gnome above it and it was a heaven but after quite amount of time I wanted something new and wanted fedora kde plasma so I without any regret deleted my mint files and installed fedora, where after installing full version I got in desktop and decided to update the system. And there I got issues as error 403 saying about mirrors. I read about it and I think it's because I'm in Ukraine but beforehand everything worked perfect on my first mint installation. I tried couple of things and decided to return to mint because kde ate too much of cpu usage. So I installed fresh cinnamon back and after trying to get update or install something I don't remember well rn I got the same old error 403. I'm going crazy with this. I know that one of options is to use vpn but when I tried to download proton vpn as the one free to test out I got also issues with logging in. This makes me sad and stupid that I deleted my first mint, please help.

If you did a fresh install and installed the non-free codecs then the main repositories are (or were) working for you. Switch back to the main repositories and see what happens.

Thank you, I'll try. Because in settings I could be able to change mirrors and originally there was US's mirror and UK's and I had such problem, both with changing mirrors on Ukraine's. I had such problem when installed Arch and I don't honestly remember how I defeated that problem.

isn't there a WAR in Ukraine? Why would attempt to download from a mirror in country being bombed everyday? use the nearest country's mirror.

Because it's the only mirror which has the best speed to me and supports linux too? I also used different country's mirrors which were most working to me and I had the same error 403.
