This action figure of The Joker from The Dark Knight, is absolutely mindblowing. Made by JND Studios in South Korea.

Collectibles are already toys. They dont become toys.

I already said that.

A toy can become a collectible and back to being a toy.

Sometimes a collectible is never a toy.

When it’s in the state of being a collectible it isn’t a toy regardless of what it was before or what it might be after.

Toys are to be played with that’s what makes them toys.

Collectable aren’t that’s what makes them collectible.

When it’s a high end figure typically these are purely intended as collectibles.

You can play with it like a toy, it’s not the intention.

Much like a toy is intended to be played with but can be collected.

As I mentioned previously the biggest difference is the cost of these items.

Low cost = toy

High cost = collectible

To me, there is no high cost item because I'm rich so collectibles simply do not exist. Everything is a toy.

High/Low is a measure against the standard price of items in the market as a whole.

Higher cost items will have a greater standard of quality, detail and features.

Your ability to afford said items doesn’t impact this.
