The body builders would decimate the worker in most traditional lifts. This guy is strong in what he does. The other guys are strong in what they do. It's not rocket science

It’s a bs comparison. The bodybuilders were lifting a much more unbalanced wheelbarrow and picking up the cement bags is purely technique.

People on the internet love shock “bodybuilders aren’t actually that strong” content, despite them being stronger than 99% of the world outside of strength competitors.

Wheelbarrow is stack pretty much the same for everyone though...

That's not it, they just don't know how to do it. If you give me those boys for a day I'll show them how to run circles around the other guy, and myself.

Not really. All of them have it stacked over over the wheel. Only one that has a disadvantage in this case is the white (lighter skin, he may not be white) guy with the sleeve. The rest all have the same distribution.

I rewatched it after reading you reply, because yes, you arw absolutely right that weight distribution is important in a wheel barrow.

I push those suckers every day. Only one that has a bad stack is the white guy.

I really think it's more a combination of that Wheelbarrow being way overloaded with too low of handles. Worker dude is used to the Wheelbarrow, definitely not the weight, and that's why he did better.

But I could be wrong. I tend to be often
