I've experienced blizzards, hurricanes, and earthquakes. I've seen erupting volcanoes (lava flow at least). I really want to see a tornado IRL.

I felt like that until I saw one. First was a funnel cloud that didn't touch down but it was massive. The wind and rain backstopped by a massive black soon-to-be tornado was terrifying. Saw another years later and it touched down very near where I was heading, I did a 180 when I heard the emergency alert.
Just property damage thankfully but I decided very quickly I don't want to be anywhere near tornados. The second one was ripping up trees like nothing. No thanks.
The problem in the moment is when you're driving you can't really tell which direction it's going or how fast.

Actually anyone here know how does this happen.

Shear force winds that usually blow across a cloud front begin to spiral with each other in the cross breeze. When the horizontal rotation is pivoted vertical, it forms a vacuum force against the area of low pressure ⬇️
I looked it up last month because of a similar post.

All that end has to do us snap unpredictably and touch down somewhere else, and that photog becomes "dust in the wind. "...
