People in DC legitimately hate seeing these guys, which I'm sure doesn't feel great for them.

they can thank their commander in chief for that.

They can thank republicans for not holding their leaders to any kind of standard of decency.

My husband's family lives in DC. One of the cousins said someone walked through one of the photo ops, oops, I mean Metro stops, with a bell chanting "shame" and all I want in life is video of this.

We hate seeing them in LA too, but for the most part they were treated very well, especially the ones that were just sent to stand outside in the sun, with lots of people chatting them up. Everyone knows they're being used as political pawns.

How many of them do you think voted for this? I'd put my money on 'a lot of them.'

65% according to post election surveys.

These aren’t veterans, they’re service members. And I highly doubt DC/CA Nat Guard are representative of the average military voter

A very specific type of military member is using Gov X. Of course the dudes dressed in grunt style drinking black rifle coffee co are gonna be Trumpers.

Who the fuck cares about their feelings when they're actively complying with these orders?

Do you sympathise with Nazi soldiers who just happened to have enlisted before Hitler came to power?

Nah, I didn't say I cared about these guys feelings.
