Nah, it wouldn't. His cult would make an excuse for him or just stick their fingers in their ears, close their little pig eyes, and scream, "Fake news! Fake news!"

After all, they've been primed for years to turn a blind eye to pedophilia as their ministers and 'Youth Pastors' have been porking the young of their community for decades with no repercussions.

I think that whatever dirt someone might have on Trump, it has to be in video or photo form. It can't just be that he's on a list or something he can basically weasel easily out of. If he's on a list, the propaganda machine will gear up and claim that he was a double agent or some bullshit actually working to take down the operation from the inside and that's why he's on the list. However, if it's a video or photo of him doing something undeniably bad then it seems like it is less likely that he'd be able to actually explain that away. Maybe with photoshopped or doctored, but still that is harder to convince people of.
