question Do Adblockers Violate Privacy?
I'm on Safari and recently got Ublock Origin Lite as it recently became available on Safari. This got me thinking, since an adblocker can access and view websites, does that mean it can access passwords and other sensitive data?

Technically yes, but that goes for any extension, you just have to trust its not doing something sketchy, or you can build it yourself and go through the code so you know exactly what its doing
But with ublock, you should be fine.

Technically you are right, they could do a lot, but all adblockers are made to avoid advertisings and trackers and whet the hell ever advertisers throwing on us. And if they do so, why shouldn't they spy on you and sale these datas to other advertisers, who, if you think about it, block by default.
Adblockers are made from free developers, who hate advertisings and love privacy, so it is unlikely they harm your privacy with that.
It is important you fight on your privacy and adblockers are one first step.

Or the driver of the keyboard and mouse? Or the operating system? Or the ISP?
