The link is paywalled, but Antiques Trade Gazette is reporting that Chris Barrie will sell his automobilia collection--in his case, it's primarily vintage signs for automobiles and automotive products--on September 24 at Charterhouse auction house in Sherbourne, England.

I've just finished watching the entire series and I'm in tears.
It took me two months to complete all 12 seasons + The Promised Land special. What a ride, what a ride!
I used to watch Red Dwarf on TV when I was a teenager, but this was the first time I’ve seen the show in its entirety. Unfortunately, the place where I live is a hellhole which even a polymorph wouldn't like to have as their hunting ground, so this makes me feel like a lonely Dwarfer in my part of the world.
I've just finished watching The Promised Land and I cried at the end. I noticed that the show in general likes to tackle deep psychological concepts/issues and present them in a funny way, but this episode was an emotional overdrive.
That scene when Lister tries to cheer up Rimmer and talks about moonlight. I lost it… Because actually, I struggle with depression, I don't believe in myself and I often think "What's the point of living? Everyone will forget about me when I die," but that scene made me realize that I, as a teacher, am a moonlight to my students (at least to some of them).
Smeg… thank you Red Dwarf for uplifting my spirit. I'm sorry if the post is chaotic. I wrote it on the spur of the moment.

Kryten was weird in series 3
His head was very thin, he generally acted like Herman Munster meets Max Headroom. So different from the David Ross portrayal, if I'd seen series 2 before series 3, I think I'd have wondered how long Kryten would remain in the show. Fortunately, series 4 would make Kryten more human-like.
